Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable content and pre-recorded courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This applies to:

  • Video Courses: Including Basic to Advanced Astrology, Tarot Card Reading, and Master of Manifestation.

Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing or downloading the file, please contact us immediately for assistance.

2. Personalized Reports & Readings

Services that involve the creation of a customized report or reading are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • Reports: This includes Astrology / Numerology / Vastu Reports.
  • Readings: This includes Signature Blueprint Tarot Readings and Akashic Blueprint of Soul sessions.

3. Healing Sessions & Consultations

We understand that life happens. For one-on-one sessions such as Mahakali Healing, Past Life Regression, Spiritual Hypnohealing, or Psychological Counseling:

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered, as energy and time have been exchanged.

4. Workshops & Webinars

For live events such as Chakra Activation, Energy Cleansing, and Inner Child Healing Journeys:

  • Participant Cancellation: If you cannot attend a live workshop, please contact us in advance. Depending on the specific event, we may offer a transfer to a future date or a recording of the session.
  • Host Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Self Soul Ascension cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
